Packing Facilities
We currently operate two packing factories, both capable of packing frozen, ambient and chilled products. Our first factory, known as the high-care retail factory, has the ability to pack up to 6 ingredients with packs formed on a Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) line.
We are also able to produce single-pack sizes ranging from 30g up to 2.5kg, providing the option to package multiple packs into larger mother bags. Furthermore, we can pack in fully resealable and recyclable formats, both in either doy or pillow pack formats.
Co-Packing
In our second factory, we utilise a system made up of three heat-sealed lines, capable of packaging both mono and mixed products into heat-sealed punnets. Including flexible pack sizes that are made to suit your requirements.
