    Similar to wheat, Pearl Barley is mainly used for soups, casseroles and stews. It is the most common form of Barley, cooking quickly and is less chewy than other grains making it useful for all types of recipes.

    Our Raspberries are hand-picked in Norfolk between May and November and packed in our on-site packing factory. Varieties include Maravilla with Reyna, Yana and the premium variety Sofie being available to you next year.

    Our Strawberries are hand-picked in Norfolk between April and November and packed in our on-site packing factory. We grow Driscoll varieties including Beatrice and the premium variety, Zara. We are growing a brand-new variety called Favori which we expect to be available next year. There is also work underway to lengthen the harvest window so we have more produce available throughout the year for you.
