We are currently about to start harvesting our rhubarb crop. We have experienced an unusual cold and dry spring this year which has delayed the crop slightly, but we are on track for pulling next week. We cut and freeze the fresh rhubarb on site in Norfolk, it is then packaged into 18kg boxes ready for sale in pallet quantities.
