Our Blackberries are hand-picked in Norfolk between June and August and packed in our on-site packing factory. The main variety we grow is Victoria, with more varieties expected to be available within the coming years.
Bulgur Wheat has a light nutty flavour. Similar in appearance to rice, Bulgur Wheat has a texture comparable to that of couscous. It is most commonly used in dishes like ‘Tabbouleh Salad’ or as a compliment to other meats.
Cherries are hand picked in Norfolk between June to September and packed in our packing factory on site. Varieties include Korvic, Kordia and Regina. The cherries blossom between April and May which makes some lovely photos.
Our forced Rhubarb is hand-pulled between January to March, and then is packed in our packing factory in Tunstead. The rhubarb is pink in colour with small yellow leaves, which contrasts to outdoor grown rhubarb. The stems are grown in dark conditions, so the plants do not photosynthesise. As a result, the pink stems are surprisingly tender and sweet.
Outdoor Grown
Our outdoor grown Rhubarb is hand-pulled between April and October, our Rhubarb is then packed in our factory. Early Timperley is the most grown variety which we produce for fresh, as well as for the frozen market. There is also Goliath, Livingston and Stockbridge varieties which we expect to be available soon too.

And as fruits go, they are relatively low in sugar (fructose) as well as a rich source of vitamin C, they also benefit our immune system. A tiny lentil, the same variety as Puy Lentil from France, with a darkish green-grey/blue-green marbled appearance, they are considered to be far superior in taste and texture to other varieties of lentils. Making them a tasty choice for your salads or stews.
The Raspberries are grown within the UK between May and November and then frozen at our site during the harvest. The ready-to-eat free-flowing raspberries are great for desserts, cakes, ice cream and smoothies.

Our Frozen English Strawberry Puree’s are packed into 18kg buckets, their sweet fresh taste makes a great addition to any of your ice creams and desserts.
Our giant-sized couscous is well suited for a variety of recipes whether that is adding it to salads or serving it as a side dish with meat and vegetables.

Popular in the Far East, Adzuki Beans can be used in all types of oriental dishes from soups to desserts and even dim sum filling. They are also known in Japan as ‘The King of Beans’. It is reputed to be healthy for the liver and kidneys.
Our White Basmati Rice originates from India and Pakistan. We then take the dry rice to cook and freeze on our site in Norfolk. The ready-to-eat free-flowing rice works well as a meal component in dishes such as curries and soups.
