Are you a hands-on engineering professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement? We’re looking for an Engineering Team Leader to lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring equipment reliability, safe working practices, and efficient maintenance operations.
In this role, you’ll coordinate daily engineering activities, drive performance, support preventative maintenance programmes, and work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for:
· Proven engineering and people management experience
· Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems
· Excellent communication and organisational abilities
· A proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
